Shipping and Return

⇾ Shipping Charges:

Shipping is calculated during check out. 

We have 3 warehouses in the world so depending on your location the shipping can take from 7-14 days.  

⇾ Shipping Upgrade:

 We offer priority and express during check out.

⇾ Processing Time and Shipping Time:

 0 to 3 business day.

Pore ordered items are clarified on each item page.

⇾ Delivery time (no upgrade):

USA: 2-9 days;

Canada: 1-3 weeks;

International: 1-4 weeks depending on location.  

*Due to shipping method, all international orders(including Canada) tracking will take 1-4 business days to appear;

*The time given above is only an approx. Sometimes due to customs or weather conditions, the package may take shorter or longer to arrive;

*We recommend priority shipping for US order over $100, international priority for orders over $100.

⇾ Return:

Please send back the unused items in its original packaging with tracking in 14 days upon delivery.  You do not need to wait for the items to deliver, just email us your return tracking we will refund you right away.

⇾ Detailed Policy:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused ( If beads are shipped to you on strands, you need to return them on strands) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We are not responsible for return shipping. We only refund to the original payment method.

⇾ Non-returnable items:

Sale items.

Subscription boxes.

Gift Cards.

⇾ Partial Refunds:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Broken strands(If beads are shipped to you by strands, you need to return them on strand);
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

⇾ Refunds (if applicable)
Once the tracking showed delivered, please allow up to 14 days for the refund.

⇾ Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in 14 days after the tracking showed delivered, please send us a email via tracking: hello@beadsventure.com. 

⇾ Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded(including all sale items, igtv sale, live sale items, subscription items etc).

⇾ Items marked as gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

⇾ Exchanges:
We do not do exchanges.

⇾ Cancel order:

We are not able to cancel or edit orders once placed.

 

⇾ Refused Delivery, Held at Post Office, At Customer Request

We will charge a 50% restocking fee.

⇾ Pre order:

All pre orders are in production when the order is placed. We can only give 50% refund if you decide to cancel.

⇾ For subscriptions, your failed payment will be tried the next month for two times.

⇾ Refunds on return due to wrong address:

We will never edit/ change your address. However if a package is returned due to wrong address, missing address, we will issue a refund minus the actual shipping cost.

⇾ Coupon policy: 

ONE coupon per customer. Coupons can not combine with any other offer including wholesale offers. If you placed an order with a coupon or wholesale discount, and you decide to return a large amount, and the final amount is not qualified for the discount, we reserves the right to give you a partial refund.
